CASH
A gift of cash is the simplest and most immediate way to give to the College of New Rochelle.  Cash gifts may be pledged over the course of a fiscal year or several years. The fiscal year runs from July 1 until June 30 of the following calendar year.
APPRECIATED SECURITIES
A gift of long-term appreciated securities is exempt from capital gains taxes. You should consult an attorney, or other tax professional, regarding your individual tax situtation.

REAL ESTATE
In some cases, property can be given outright to support CNR, and the donor receives a charitable income tax deduction for the fair market value of the property.  Gifts of real estate can also be used to fund a life income gift.
