Nicole,
where are you from?
I live in New Jersey with my parents and sisters.

Where did you go to college for your
undergraduate degree?
I graduated from Fairfield University with a bachelor’s degree in
Visual and Performing Arts and minors in Psychology, English, and
Italian Studies.

Why did you decide to attend The College of
New Rochelle?
The small classes, renowned professors, and personal attention were
attracting as a prospect. The Graduate School views students with a
high level of integrity, professionalism, respect, and community.

Where do you attend classes?
I attend classes on the main campus in New Rochelle.

What is your major?
I am working towards my master’s in Art Therapy.

Do you have any favorite teachers?
I have learned a great deal both practically and theoretically in my
field from all my professors. They each contribute significantly to the
program with their own unique personalities and teaching methods.

What has surprised you the most about the
Graduate School?
I have been pleasantly surprised at the resourcefulness of the Graduate
School as an academic environment of opportunity and growth.

Do you have a job on campus?
I currently work as a Graduate Assistant.

When do you expect to graduate?
In May of 2006.

What are your career plans?
After graduation, I
plan on getting a job as an art therapist working with children in a
medical setting.
