Registration
A registration
and information desk will be maintained from 8:00 a.m. to
2:30 p.m. in the Mooney Center lobby. A continental breakfast will be
available.
Check-in Facilities
Academic attire
can be checked in at Room 160 in the Mooney Center, anytime
after 8:00 a.m. on Friday, October 14. Wraps and other items may also
be left.
Security will be provided until 4:00 p.m.
Robing
Robing will begin at 11:00 a.m. Official delegates
participating in the academic procession will robe in Room 160. Each
delegate will then go to Romita
Auditorium where she/he will have an assigned seat in the order in
which she or he will process.
Academic Procession
The procession
will begin at 11:15 a.m.
Inaugural Ceremony
The inaugural ceremony will take place at 12:00 p.m. The procession for
official delegates will be according to the founding of their
respective
institutions.
Tickets
Tickets will be
required for the inaugural luncheon and for reserved
seats for special guests not marching in the academic procession.
Luncheon
tickets, tickets for the reserved seat sections for special guests, and
special
parking instructions will be mailed.
The first Catholic college for women in New York State, The College of New Rochelle was founded in 1904 by the Ursuline Order. Today, it comprises the all-women School of Arts & Sciences, and three schools which admit women and men: the School of New Resources (for adult learners), the School of Nursing and the Graduate School.
