Gus (Pelham studio), Arnold Kastenbaum (Mamaroneck), Don Keene (New Rochelle), Kevin Klein (Larchmont), Mary Ann Lomonaco (Larchmont), Kimberly McHugh (New Rochelle), Andrew Senior (Hawthorne studio), and Yardena Youner (Hastings-on-Hudson).  The winning artworks include works on paper, photography, painting, mixed media and video works.

The final selection for the Westchester Biennial was chosen by a panel of four jurors: Kerrie Buitrago, Executive Vice President, Pollock Krasner Foundation, Robert Curcio, Independent dealer and Producer, Scope International, Judy Kim, Curator of Exhibitions, American Federation of Arts and Benjamin Ortiz, Independent curator to individual artists, nonprofit arts organizations and museums.
